By accessing or using the Siler Brain Clinics website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Siler Brain Clinics provides concierge brain health, psychiatric, and wellness services at Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard, California, within the Pure Recovery California facility. All services are cash-pay; we do not bill insurance. Specific services, programs, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. The content on this Site is for informational purposes only. Visiting or using this website does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and Siler Brain Clinics or any of its providers. A physician-patient relationship is established only through a formal clinical consultation at our facility, and only after a licensed provider has completed an appropriate evaluation and agreed to provide care.

The information on this Site does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is provided for general informational purposes only. Certain services offered by Siler Brain Clinics — including Prescription Brain Training, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and medication management — require a formal clinical evaluation and a valid prescription or clinical order from a licensed physician. These services are available only to patients who meet clinical eligibility criteria as determined by our medical team following an in-person evaluation.

Physician-required virtual services, including virtual medication management and virtual psychiatric consultations, are available to California residents only. Dr. Reyes holds a California Physician’s and Surgeon’s license and is not licensed to practice medicine in other states. Out-of-state patients may receive a written care plan and are encouraged to schedule return visits to the clinic for clinical follow-up.

Prescription Brain Training is prescribed during an in-person California visit and may be taken home by patients of any state. Annual virtual re-prescription of Prescription Brain Training is available to California residents only.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, program names, and service descriptions — is the property of Siler Brain Clinics or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

This Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Siler Brain Clinics does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siler Brain Clinics and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or our services. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Siler Brain Clinics with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
